Staggs Performance Lab

Training built around the athlete in front of us.

Every athlete starts with an evaluation. What comes after depends on what that evaluation shows, which is why nobody here runs the same program by default.

Included in all of it

Athletic performance is not a separate program.

Speed, acceleration, agility, quickness, explosiveness, plyometrics, functional strength, core and rotational power, balance, coordination, mobility, and arm care. Programming is age-appropriate and built around athlete development, not a traditional heavy-weight gym model.

Available through memberships, private training, and small groups.

Four ways to train, one development plan.

Membership

Recommended

Four, eight, or twelve structured sessions a month, mixed between skill work and performance training.

Private

One athlete, one coach, when something specific needs fixing. From $50.

Small group

Three or four athletes. More reps, more competition, still coached. From $35 each.

Teams and events

Custom team programs, plus camps, clinics, and multi-week specialty blocks.

Membership is for athletes who train on a plan instead of booking a lesson when they can. Sessions are reserved every month, skill work and performance mixed, with member rates on anything on top.

Nobody gets a program before they get an evaluation.

Every new athlete starts here. We find out where they are today, what is holding them back, and which training path fits, before recommending anything.

Book an Evaluation

$49, and it goes toward your membership if you join.
